The observations exist now also as netcdf files (built using grads2nc).

2010/08/10
The pressure coordinate being now expressed in Pa (instead of hPa), the 
files ifa_toga_coare_v21_dime.ctl  and toga_profiles.gs have been modified. 
The old versions are kept with a ".hPa" suffix.
